Alder - Tarkus

Double IPA brewed in collaboration with hop producer Barth Haas. The recipe includes base malts of German and English origin, with the addition of Vienna, Cara and oat malt. The hops used are Mosaic, Galaxy and Mosaic Incognito (a 100% natural concentrated version of hops in liquid form, where the solid plant components are removed to leave only the aromatic liquid components).
