Roasted. Dark. Mild Chocolate. TCBC's flagship porter is a homage to late grandfather Victor, a WWII P-51 Mustang pilot. After touring as a reconnaissance pilot in northern Africa and Southern Italy in WWII, he returned home to start the family farming business, a precursor to our brewery and restaurant.
