A Michigan twist on a traditional French style, this Saison was brewed with Empire Malting pilsner malt, a touch of Munich malt, and Tettnanger hops from MI Local. The end result is an effervescent brew with a dry finish, that features fall spice and earthy hop favors, with very subtle fruit esters.
