This well-aged golden sour ale encapsulates our entire journey of brewing, beginning as a clean blonde ale fermented with house mixed culture and aged in oak barrels for over a year. For this year, our head blender Rachael Morris selected a mélange of carrot, flaked coconut, Madras curry powder, and Madagascar vanilla bean. Focusing on a balanced acidity was the goal this year, allowing the fruit to serve a coordinated role with our house cultures.
