The Great Dane Babble Rouser

This Belgian Strong Ale was concocted by fusing a classic Barleywine recipe with Saison and Trappist yeast. It's malt forward with a rich fruity quality that comes from the yeast esters. While it is very strong it drinks easy and hides the alcohol well. Caramel and toasted malt flavors abound and mingle with a minty herbal profile backed with apricot notes.
