The Laurentian Series is our mobile coolship project where we brew and coolship near each of the 5 Great Lakes to capture the "microbial terroir" of the lake region. Laurentian: Michigan brewed at Big Lake brewing in Holland MI on April 18. Only 408 bottles in existence.
