The Laurentian Series is our mobile coolship project where we brew and coolship near each of the 5 Great Lakes to capture the "microbial terroir" of the lake region.
Laurentian: Ontario was brewed at Swiftwater Brewing in Rochester, NY on October 30, 2018. Only 168 bottles in existence.
