Speciation - The Laurentian Series: Michigan Honey Cuvée

Blend of 2 and 3 year old spontaneous sle with honey from Old Mission Peninsula - This blend came from the same coolship batches as the MI Cuvée, but were instead aged in neutral charred oak barrels. We then added 5 gallons of honey from our friend Joel Schaeffer’s hives on the tip of Old Mission peninsula. Slightly sweeter than our normal spon releases, with a beautiful vinous middle and aged hop finish.
