The Phoenix Big Spring

Named after the Big Spring that fed the pre-prohibition Mansfield breweries, the Big Spring Saison is a light bodied ale with a dark gold color from the Pilsner and Vienna malts. A traditional Belgian-style that is refreshing with a fruity and spicy notes from specialty yeast enhance with spice additions of citrus peel and coriander.
