The Soup is Dry is a dry, acidic beer a dry, acidic beer, boosted by a lovely aroma of of exotic fruits (guava, papaya, lime) and peach from 2 new hop varieties developed by Yakima Chief: Vista and Triumph. In short, an acidic, bitter, hoppy and fruity beer to be drunk by the barge!
