The Steam Machine The Baltic Way

The brewery twist on the India Pale Lager is a hazy oat-heavy grist, fermented with Simonaitis, a Lithuanian farmhouse yeast long hidden from the western-brewing world, but rumoured to give gentle notes of guava, fresh oranges, dried apricots and freshly-cut grass. Lagered for a full two months for a long dry finish.
