Mystic Knot is an Irish-Style Coffee Stout that draws inspiration from the classic Irish Coffee. The base beer is an Irish-style imperial cream stout that has been aged in bourbon and whiskey barrels for seven months. The beer was then steeped with freshly roasted and ground coffee from their friends and neighbors at Stone Creek Coffee. Mystic Knot is the 4th release in our In the Spirit Barrel-Aged Series.
