Alder - This is Riwaka

Riwaka is one of the rarest and most prized hops in the world, and one of the most sought-after. Produced in New Zealand, a relative of Saaz, it has incredible, unique organoleptic characteristics. Intense citrus notes accompanied by tropical hints combine with an intense herbaceous component. Therefore, to bring out its characteristics to the full, we have produced an IPA with only this hop, using it at all stages of production.
