Thompson ACE DIPA

This beer is made with the palest Pilsner malt with a touch of British Maris Otter and German Acidulated malt. Pale gold but bursting with absolute hop flavor. Mashed lower than normal for supreme crispness, this beer is then brewed and double dry hopped.
