Three Forks The Brut of the Matter

This super dry ("brut") IPA uses a special enzyme creating an almost 100% fermented beer with very little residual sugars and much lower carbohydrates. The result is a bone-dry "champagne-like" delicacy bursting with hop flavor and aroma. Very clean and crisp, but with low IBUs.
