Tierra Blanca Grana

Jamaica flowers make red beer a little different. They give it a floral and slightly acidic flavor that is opposed to the sweet flavors of the roasted malts that use to prepare it. These flowers also accentuate their bright, very Mexican red color. It goes very well with spicy food; try it with some taquitos, chicken or seafood.
