Dark brown with opalescence, medium foam with retention. Moderate oats, moderate roasted malt malt, lactic acid, esters of coffee, chocolate, plum, cocoa, yeast, low earthy hops. Malt toasty roasted maltose, lactic acid, oatmeal, acidity, esters of coffee, chocolate, plum, roasted notes, low-moderate earthy hops, peat, moderate-moderate low bitterness hops. Acid-maltose finish, low bodied, regular carbonation.
