Selfmade - Total Collapse (10 months and 12 months)

At the end of 2017, together with our colleagues from Zavod brewery, we brewed a long-playing variety - Barley Wine, designed to be aged in a cask. We are pleased to present you the second batch of this project, aged for 12 months in a Chivas Regal cask. The name of this varietal refers to the spherical design motifs of our colleagues, and also hints at a very high density and alcohol content, which together with the tannin notes of whisky cask ageing give a planet-shattering effect, capable of impressing every lover of strong varieties, blowing up their sensitive and sophisticated receptors of literary giants, as well as striking them right into the merciless Birgic hearts.
