Trace Elements is a Wild Grisette/Pilsner Hybrid. Fermented in stainless first with German Lager yeast, then finished with our house wild cultures . This is intended to be a very light and easy drinking saison, with a touch of bitterness, a touch of acidity, and a touch of funk.
