Germanic Pilsner we brewed with Friends at Other Half. Same recipe as their Crystal Waves with a slight change to the water profile, and, as you might expect, its bottle and keg conditioned. Lagered for a full 8 weeks and bottle conditioned with champagne yeast makes it an pretty beautiful crispy little beer.
