Trillium Brewing Co. - Oktoberfest Maerzen

Märzen was first brewed more than 200 years ago in Germany as a "March" beer lagered through the summer months to be ready in time to celebrate the original Oktoberfest in the Fall. Enticing bright amber in appearance, we utilize a trio of German malts, and noble Hallertau Mittelfruh hops to achieve rich, toasted bread character with subdued floral hop aromatics. Malt forward complexity, medium-bodied mouthfeel, and a delightful toasty sweetness, this is a lager built for enjoying on a beautiful Autumn afternoon. Trillium was founded on community experiences.
