Triptych The Pygmalion

Pygmalion Pilsner is take on the nascent style of Italian Pilsner. Used a duo of traditional lager malts plus a blend of German and American hops in the brewhouse. Then fermented this beer low and slow with favorite lager yeast. After fermentation was completed and a long cold maturation period, we gently dry hopped this beer with German Saphir, Huell Melon and American Liberty hops.
