For ecotourism lovers, our draft beer pays homage to the Jalapão region in Tocantins. In the Sour style, Jalapão received purple grape in its recipe, guaranteeing a super special coloring, fruity aroma and the traditional sourness of beers in this style.
With a recipe from Trópica brewer, Maria Abreu Barbosa, the beer goes through a process of acidification controlled by lactobacilli and after maturing, the beer receives pulp from the purple grape.
