Selfmade - Tropical Slasher

Our new Tropical Slasher varietal in an imperial tropical, almost pastry sauer style is designed to brighten up the workaday life of those who have been making plans for a summer holiday this year. Pineapples, mango, coconut, subtle notes of tonka (try repeating that quickly!). The malt base was acidified using the sour kettle method. As a result, we got a drink with a pronounced flavour of tropical fruits and coconut, which, in our opinion, complements the current season quite well!
