True North Ale Elderwilde

Brewed with pilsner malt, malted spelt, flaked oats, and Massachusetts wildflower honey. Fermented with Saison yeast from the Wallonia region of Belgium and spiced with elderflower blossoms. Aromas of spring wildflowers, tart tropical fruit, and orange blossom lead to a dry and refreshing black pepper finish.
