Trzech Kumpli - Full Mosaic

Our first Single Hop is based on the most recognizable hop of the global beer revolution – Mosaic. Mosaic hops owe their name to their phenomenal complexity, which, like a real mosaic, forms a colorful and complex picture. Judge for yourselves – its most frequently mentioned aromas are: citrus (mandarin, grapefruit), tropical (mango, guava), fruity (blueberry), but also floral, earthy, and resinous. Let's add the fact that Mosaic contains a lot of alpha acids, i.e. compounds that introduce bitterness to beer during the brewing process. It is therefore the perfect set of characteristics to consider Mosaic a hop created for brewing juicy yet bitter IPAs. Check it out for yourselves!
