Tucan Brew Religare

For fruity beer lovers here is Religare, the Amazon Tripel beer from Tucan Brew that was inspired by the tradition of the Trappist monasteries. Produced with wheat, barley and oats, using malted and unmalted grains, with the innovation of the Amazonian fruit Biriba. The recipe inspired by the year 1679 is from the Karmeliets nuns. She has the third fermentation in the bottle.
