Abbaye Style Dubbel Ale brewed with trappist yeast. Chestnut red ale with a distinct belgian sweet & sour aroma on the nose. The twist, finished with a second fermentation in a bottle of cider yeast. Giving a strong apple sourness on the tongue. There is a good bubble & a nice balance between the two styles.
