Tunnel Time Warp

Brewed with Lager yeast and European Malts. It has a deep, dark, warm abd luscious, ruby-red glow to it. The twist... the late stage addition of lactobacillus. Very good fizz with a smooth creamy head when poured. Truly refreshing with just a hint of grapefruit sourness that slowly ebbs away to give a sweet, dark-malt finish. Aged over five years to perfect a truly delicious beer. Contains a slight sediment. Best served nice and cold.
