Tunnel Triple Time

Brewed with yeast from a Belgian Trappist Monastery. This russet red/golden ale has a fine sweet and sour aroma. The twist... finished with a second fermentation, in the bottle, with a cider yeast. There is a very good bubble giving a refreshing hint of apple sourness on the tongue. This quickly gives way to a sweet, smooth, malt finish.
