Bierbeschreibung
Discreetly clear beer with a color characterized by yellow reflections tending to golden. The nose is characterized by an intense scent of Mediterranean citrus and light notes of ripe peach, the result of the balanced use of two American hops, Summit and Citra. Dry Hopping, abundant but not excessive, from which the name Dry Hard finds inspiration. In the mouth the beer is extremely balanced with a dryness and a slight acidity that give drinkability without leading to astringency, the abundant hopping still leaves room for malt. At the rear, complex aromas of fruity notes emerge, with a non-invasive and above all not long bitterness. In the mouth it remains a pleasant and fresh fruitiness that lingers for a few minutes.
