Turan Sfumatura

It is a dark beer, almost impenetrable to the eye, to be classified as Imperial Stout. The alcohol content is 7.2 ° with a cappuccino-colored foam that is compact and persistent. On the nose it is rich in hints of roasted coffee, but also of figs and plums with hints of licorice. Smoke notes of noble woods give a good complexity. Once in the mouth it leaves room for an obvious malt aroma, but balanced by an abundant hopping.
