For this single hop creation, 95% malts from Lazio barley are used and only one hop, Columbus. A light blond colored beer with a slight opalescence and a compact and persistent white foam. The nose reveals the herbaceous notes with light hints of citrus balanced by the sweetish notes of malt. In the mouth the balances come up again accompanied by a well-structured bitterness that gives a pleasant drinkability. To drink in tall, narrow cylindrical glasses, typically used for Kolsch.
