This time, two kinds of grapes, Koshu and Berry A, raised by Mr. Yokomori of the grape farm "Forest Side Yokomori Vineyard", which is called the fairy of grapes. On the day of sour IPA preparation using , all volunteers squeezed the grapes. Then use lactose for softness, Mosaic hop, Haratau Blanc hop for flavor hop, dry hopping, sour & grape & hop tornado, and a slightly bitter finish.
