Valečský witbier is a fresh light beer with a slight turbidity and spring mood. In the spring, friends from the Landcraft distillery helped us add it. Thanks to the nine herbs that we have mixed for this beer, you will find yourself on the flowering meadow of the Czech-Belgian border by opening the bottle. In the production of witbier, a high proportion of unsweetened wheat is traditionally used, which in our case is represented by spelled from the Úlovice eco-farm. The scent of herbs, esters of Witber's yeast, coriander, citrus and exactly the energy you really need to soak up after the winter.
