Selfmade - Vice Versa

Vice Versa is a Latin expression that translates to "vice versa", "backwards". In 2018, we brewed beer in Novosibirsk with our friends and colleagues at the GUSI brewery. In 2019 it was time to do a return brew, vice versa. We present to your attention an extremely refreshing variety in the style of gose with the addition of juices and berries of raspberries and blackberries, generously "hopped" with fresh mint, seasoned with a dash of salt. Light acidity and saltiness, juicy berries and refreshing mint flavour - summer is still ahead!
