Way Coffee Irish

This is one of the beers made for the Clube do Malte project called “Cerveja do seu vez”. For the project, more than 1500 beer recipes were registered and of these, 4 were chosen to be made by the master brewer Alessandro Oliveira. Coffee Irish, is of the Irish Red Ale style, its recipe takes coffees from the Franck’s Ultra Coffee company, from Paraná, which works with the best organic coffees in the region. Still in a green state, the coffees are stored in distilled oak barrels, at Coffee Irish the storage took place in a Jack Daniel’s barrel.
