Collaborative between Way Beer and Empório Alto dos Pinheiros (EAP). A Sour (high acidity) with 7.2% alcohol content developed 100% with peat peatable (fermentable) malts that underwent a second fermentation with Brettanomyces. This beer was inspired by the Scottish single malt whiskeys Laphroaig and Ardbeg.
