Way Sex On the Beer

This is one of the beers made for the Clube do Malte project called “Beer your way”. For the project, more than 1500 beer recipes were registered and of these, 4 were chosen to be made by the master brewer Alessandro Oliveira. The Sex On The Beer, is of the Golden Ale style and its recipe was thought to be similar to the Sex On The Beach drink. At the end of the manufacturing process, 200 kg of peach was added, generating a second fermentation.
