Way Strawberry Storm

This is the result of a partnership with the brewery Ignorus and takes in its recipe 250kg of organic strawberry for each 1000L of beer, a detail of the product is that the strawberries are produced on a local farm, located in São José dos Pinhais. In addition to the large amount of strawberry, the recipe takes blackberry and lactose, which is not consumed by beer yeasts, leaving it fuller and balancing with the acidity of the fruit.
