Alder - Wheke

A bottom-fermented beer with a deep golden colour, brewed with German malt and hopped with a blend of German and New Zealand hops. This beer has all the characteristics of a classic German lager but with an extra twist in terms of hops. Wheke is not a beer with an intense hop character. It is characterised by notes of honey and light breadiness, accompanied by delicate hops with a grassy character and nuances of gooseberry and exotic fruit.
