Whistle Copper Owl

The malt forward profile and copper colour are derived from a base of Crystal, Pale, Munich, and Victory malted barleys. Victory is known for it’s nutty, toasty, and biscuity flavour and aromas associated with baking bread. The beer starts with a sweetness and mild cherry character and finishes with a gentle bitterness.
