Wild Mind Artisan Ales Winter’s Edge

Winter's Edge is a pecan and maple syrup Imperial stout that was brewed with a hefty malt bill of Maris Otter, black malt, several caramel and chocolate malts, and a touch of oats. Pecans and maple syrup were added to the boil and then even MORE maple syrup was added after primary fermentation to create a stout that’s strong, sticky, and packed with spicy maple character that is followed by a roasted, nutty finish.
