Die Malz ist the focus here, and we carefully selected the Scarlett barley variety to set the stage for this story of craft brewing. The Scarlett malt is balanced by two American hop varieties. Our Mosaic-Simcoe IPA is a modern IPA with a bite, bringing a breath of fresh air and getting the party going. A great companion to hearty meat dishes.
