We have combined something extraordinary and new, not only for Willy Tonka, but for the entire brewery: beetroot juice with chocolate. Vegetables in the chocolate factory? Yes, that's right! The earthy notes of the beetroot, paired with the citrus and tropical notes of the cocoa nibs from Belize, combined with the spicy tonka bean, create a perfect harmony. In the glass, a shy violet foam crown unfolds on a dense, full-bodied beer. Cheers!
