Their Viennese Style Lager, aged in Pinot Noir Barrels until the flavor expresses the right blend of sour cherry, dark stone fruit and earthy funk. The oak character is a minor player, but provides the supporting notes of vanilla and wood. The flavors come together in a magical expression of art in a bottle.
