Zăganu IPL is the beer made in collaboration with our fellow micro brewer Hop Hooligans, a limited edition India Pale Lager style, 6 available on draught and by the bottle. We used a liquid lager yeast, also used in the first beer brewed in collaboration with our friends at Hop Hooligans (Sausage Party) and then dry hopped it with Citra, Amarilo and Mosaic. Pura e Pungente (Gluten free). Let's be clear, this is the ideal beer for an afternoon among the flowers of an alpine meadow. However, after a couple of sips, you'll still feel at high altitude.
