Chocolate, coffee, plum, spices in nose. Look out for gushing! Pours very dark brown with extremely tall beige head. Taste is medium sweet with loads of plums, marmelade, chocolate, coffee and spices. Medium bitter finish, average to soft carbonation. Overall very good stuff. What is interesting, despite gushing, brew is not overcarbonated. Probably small pieces of plum inside the bottle are responsible for this excessive foaming.
