Passion for brewing and beer, and love for Taiwan, brought their brewer, Jack, from Colombia to open a small independent brewery in Taiwan with the aim of developing craft beer so everyone can enjoy the great craft beer culture there is worldwide. Inspired by American craft beer, they brew creatively and insist on it. They use only fresh ingredients and locally sourced ones whenever available. They don't filter their products so they can achieve maximum flavour!
