At the beginning of 2013, after a series of coincidences, my "Cider story" began to unfold. In the estate of the Kalendova family, I found a letter written by the older brother of my grandfather Antonín Kalenda, a relative to Canada. To my great surprise, Tom immediately invited me to Oliver's Cider and Pery Ltd. in Herefordshire.
